Police identify man killed in Granite City crash
GRANITE CITY — Police have identified a man fatally injured in a vehicle crash
GRANITE CITY — Police have identified a man fatally injured in a vehicle crash this week.
Frank Fisher, 41, of Granite City, died at a hospital after crashing near Nameoki Road and Lindell Boulevard.
Granite City police Detective Capt. Gary Brooks said the crash was just before 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Police released no other details about the crash. Granite City police, the Madison County coroner's office and the Metro East Crash Assistance Team are investigating.

The Missouri Highway Patrol identified the victim as 31-year-old Thomas D. Brennecke.
Cory Lawrence, 45, of Bel-Ridge, was indicted for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said the 17-year-old boy was from Union, Missouri. Police did not release his name.
Daniel L. Kepler, 39, was held in the St. Louis County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail. Kepler lives in the 2400 block of Hood Avenue in Overland.
